- Spring Roll Wrappers (also known as rice paper, rice paper rounds, spring roll skin, edible rice paper, wraps, banh trang or
summer roll wrappers) are used in both Vietnamese and Thai cuisine for preparing fresh or fried spring rolls. The circular
wrappers are thin, brittle, and opaque and marked with a cross-hatched pattern.
The main raw material used for rice paper production is white rice. White rice powder is mixed with tapioca flour to make the rice
paper glutinous and smooth. The thin flour and water batter is spread evenly on conveyor belts, steamed, and then transferred onto
long rectangular bamboo frames. The lengths of rice paper are then sun-dried and ventilated. Finally the rice paper is cut into

Spring roll wrappers must softened one by one before use either by a wet towel or by submerging them into a plate of shallow water for a few seconds, take care not to oversoak the product as it will start to disintergrate. Make sure that the roll is firm and tight before frying. Serve and enjoy.

Instruction for use:Step 1: Take your spring roll wrapper and place it in your rice paper water bowl of warm water. You need to let the rice paper sit
in the water for 10-20 seconds until it becomes pliable.
Step 2: When with feel ready take your spring roll wrapper out of the water.
Step 3: Begin to fill your wrapper with all of your ingredients by placing everything in the center, making a rectangle shape. Be
careful not to overfill your spring roll wrapper because you won’t be able to roll it shut!Whatsapp 0084 989 322 607Step 4: Start by folding the top and bottom sides in. Starting on the left-hand side, stretch the wrapper around the pile of
ingredients, tucking and rolling the paper under the pile just a little bit.
Step 5: Tuck those corners in and then continue to roll all the way, making your roll as tight as possible without ripping the
rice paper wrapper.
Step 6: Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
